At our printing services store, we are committed to delivering high-quality custom printed products. Due to the personalized nature of printing, refunds and returns are handled under specific conditions.
Custom Printed Orders (Non-Refundable)
All customized products (such as wedding cards, business cards, packaging boxes, mugs, and branded materials) are non-refundable and non-returnable once:
- The design is approved by the customer
- The order has been sent for printing
This is because custom items are made specifically for your requirements.
Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement
We only offer refunds or free replacements under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Printing error caused by our mistake (wrong design, color, or content)
- Wrong item delivered
Proof Requirement
To process your request, you must:
- Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
Without proof, we may not be able to process your claim.
Refund Process
If your request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be returned via the original payment method or bank transfer
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
- Then reach out to our support team
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before design approval or production start
- Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible
Color Variation Disclaimer
Please note:
- Slight color differences may occur due to screen vs print variation
- These minor differences are not eligible for refund
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- In case of approved returns, we may cover delivery cost (depending on issue)
